Born in Moscow, USSR, 1988.
Multidisciplinary artist. She's graduated from the Moscow School of Contemporary Art and currently is a student of the Free Workshops of the Moscow Museum of Modern Art; her projects include works shown at the Winzavod Center for Contemporary Art and the Museum of Decorative and Applied Art in Moscow; participated in international art residencies.
She's got her first degree in linguistics and international relations (Northern Italy); her first profession was as a television journalist, which has greatly influenced her artistic practice and perception of reality.
Lives and works in Moscow.
My artistic world was born in opposition to the real one, which I've been observing closely as a journalist in Russia and worldwide.
I've been building it through the perspective of my real life events – this way making a kind of translation into artistic language with universal meanings.
I usually say two things that are in accordance with my art: "I must be dreaming" and "I used to do magic when I was a kid but – no more".
